  ¾ Cup Siggi’s Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp Flax Seeds½ oz Walnuts, chopped

¼ Medium Apple, sliced

1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  • Scoop yogurt into a bowl.

  • Top with chopped walnuts and flax seeds.

  • Slice apple and sprinkle with cinnamon.
