Homemade Breakfast Sausage

Paleo, Whole30, Sugar Free, Super Delicious!!


Makes 8 servings

Calories and Macros are dependent on protein used.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef, turkey, chicken, or a combination

1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed

1 tsp sage

½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Directions

Mix all spices together in a bowl. Sprinkle over ground meat and mix in well. Divide into 8- 2oz portions

and create patties or links. Heat skillet on medium heat and add each portion of protein. Cook until

seared on all side and internal temperature for poultry reaches 160 degrees. Serve hot or save for later. Freezes well and holds in fridge 4-6 days.
